By trade, I'm a vehicle mechanic, and while the long hours taught me resilience and hard work, they also made me realise I wanted to build a life with more freedom, more growth, and more time for the things that make me feel alive.
The outdoors is where I feel most like myself. Whether it's exploring new places, staying active, or taking on new challenges, I've learned that adventure isn't just about where you go - it's about becoming the person who's healthy, confident, and capable enough to enjoy the journey.

My mission is to inspire people to build a life they don't need to escape from by embracing adventure, prioritising health, pursuing personal growth, and having the courage to create more freedom and purpose, one step at a time.
I want to help my Folks and many others become healthier by giving them the correct tools to get there because we all have one body that is more valuable than any material thing on this planet.
